Waipi’o valley is temporarily closed to visitors at this time due to road construction.
We’ve ridden our horses out of Waipi’o Valley to WOH Ranch, a 500 acre ahupua’a two and a half miles from Waipi’o Valley lookout.
This ride is beautiful! A private 500 acre mountain to ocean working cattle ranch with breathtaking ocean views. You will ride through the largest Dwarf Malaysian coconut orchard on the island, apple banana groves, exotic fruit trees, and tilapia fishponds. We travel alongside the historic Hamakua Ditch, it’s over a century old and now a protected historic landmark on the property that irrigated the sugarcane fields during the plantation era. The pastures are blooming with purple flowers, guava and ironwoods. During the spring there are baby sheep, horses and calves.
Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about the tours.
We appreciate you and look forward to riding with you!

You will be captivated by cascading waterfalls, 3,000 foot sheer cliffs, farmlands, and wild horses. Get an exclusive view of Naʻalapa falls as you tour the family farm where we lovingly tend rare fruit trees, lotus ponds and lo’i kalo (taro patches); Hawai’i’s staple food crop from ancient times.
